1.Our design

Using the latest software, our experienced detailing team offer advice to clients engineers' / architects'. Once the structure is fully detailed, all steelwork details and dimensions are then passed through to our workshop electronically to o ur CNC m achinery.

Health & Safety

We engage Third party Health and Safety Consultants to prepare and implement a Safety Management Control System specifically tailored to our needs covering both off and on site activities.

They also undertakes regular risk assessments and safety audits and we have access to their 24 hour Health and Safety advice line.

We offer a nationwide service and have experience of fabrication projects for international export. Our internal transport and logistics department have the ability to react to the most demanding of clients’ requirements.

Louvers are made up of steel or aluminium and are available with variable designs. The blades of louvers are designed in such a way that it helps in air ventilation and also restricts dust and water to enter inside the building. Louvers are designed, supplied and installed as per client’s requirement.

 

6.Project case : 50m Single Span Structural Steel Building in Hangzhou

This steel structure building designed for workshop,the single span up to 50 meters.This is the domestic project in China Hangzhou.

1) Purlin: C section steel;

2) Roof panel: fiberglass 50mm sandwich panel;

3) Wall: with 1.2m brick wall ,75mm sandwich panel above 1.2m;
