● The cab is combined from the world’s top ABB and KUKA automatic welding robot, of which the welding accuracy is higher and the solder joint distribution is more even. The vehicle features greater impact resistance and increased occupant safety.
● Advanced noise isolation technology and strengthened vehicle body structure, and the application of polyester material can reduce cab noise greatly and increase insulation qualities.
● The front face of the cab adopts the European low wind resistance V-SHAPE design. The whole vehicle passes CFD flow field analysis and wind tunnel tests, and the wind resistance is reduced greatly.
● The cab adopts European frame structure and pass the most rigorous ECE-R29 crash test.
● Optimized shift operation: Telescopic shaft shift operation can absorb vibration from the chassis and ensure no spontaneous out of gear and control performance, improve the cab seal.
● Weichai Four-valve engine: Strong power with large output torque, lower engine speed at maximum torque, best power and explosive force in the industry.
● Fast transmission has dual intermediate shafts with high reliability; large speed ratio range, suitable for different working conditions, strong climbing ability; small speed ratio differential and high fuel economy.
