General Introduction:

JC series turbine pump is used to pumping water from deep well or lakes in many different segments, such as industries, farm irrigations, and water supply. JC series turbine pump is a specialized centrifugal pump designed to move water from a well or reservoir that is deep underground. Sometimes it is referred to as a deep well turbine pump or line-shaft turbine pump and it is one of the main two types of turbine pumps.

The two main types of turbine pumps are vertical turbine pumps and submersible turbine pumps. Submersible pumps have a motor located underwater at the bottom of the pump while vertical turbine pumps have a motor located above ground.


Vertical turbine pumps are primarily used when a submersible pump is not available or for the condition of a conventional motor mounted at the top of the pump.

JC deep well pump is a vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump structure. This series of pump has a semi open impeller. A mixing blade is extended at the suction side of the impeller, and a cutter capable of crushing fiber weeds is installed on the front cover. It can be used for backflow mixing and mechanical crushing during work to prevent blockage.

The two series pumps are mainly used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, paper making, cement plants, food plants, printing and dyeing industries to pump thick liquid, heavy oil, oil residue, turbid liquid, mud, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge through urban sewage ditches, as well as liquid containing coal and ash. It can also be used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries to suck fluids containing mud, sand and slag and corrosive liquids


2. Transmission mode of the pump: the pump is connected with the motor through an elastic coupling. From the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise
