Our factory have large gantry cnc machines.Besides the largest processing range 6500*4200,we have another 2 large cnc machining center,which are processing range 4200*2800mm and 3000*1500mm.The brand new machines are purchased and installed in the end of 2020,which can have the optimum processing performance.They all have the function of Pentahedron processing which can process 5 faces at one time,no need to turn over the products.We can accept extra large and extra wide product precision cnc machining service.

9.Q:What if I receive a defective product?

A:Frankly this seldom happens. As mentioned in my FAQ No.8, all products are inspected with our CMM and testing report will be provided. So, the product tolerance will centainly follow your design drawing. About some appearance issue, such as scratches, if it happens in our factory, we will take photos and videos to confirm with our clients before we ship the products to you. If issues happen during shipment, we can provide assistance to ask for compensation from the Express company.
